Job Responsibilities

We are looking for two experienced Strategic Buyers for an exciting assignment with our client!

As a Buyer, you will play a key role in leading and executing procurements of goods, services, and contracts in accordance with applicable legislation. You will work independently and in close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop purchasing strategies and create value for the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

• Plan, drive, and execute procurements from needs analysis to contract signing.
• Ensure business-oriented and sustainable purchases with a focus on long-term value creation.
• Manage contract negotiations and follow-ups to optimize procurement processes.
• Provide advice and training in procurement and purchasing.
• Work with the digital procurement tool e-Avrop.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced Buyer.
• You have solid knowledge of LOU and LUF as well as strategic business law in procurement.
• You have experience leading procurements in the public sector.
• You have experience with e-Avrop or other procurement tools.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Start Date and Application

Full-time, office hours. Our client wishes to start on 2025-04-14, and the assignment is expected to run until 2025-12-31 with the possibility of extension. Mostly remote, but on certain occasions, you are expected to be present at the office in Jönköping. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant for our exciting client in Jönköping. We review applications continuously, and in the consulting world, processes often move quickly. The role may be filled before the application deadline, so do not wait to submit your application (preferably in Word format).

Other: During the interview with the client, a work sample will be requested. This sample consists of a procurement document for a completed procurement with negotiated procedure (invitation to apply and procurement document) that the consultant has prepared and been responsible for.

Our client has high demands on the consultant's security and confidentiality awareness. Security clearance and signing of a security protection agreement according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted before the Assignment Agreement can be enforced.
